JUST TRY MY CAN'T-FAIL PASTRY METHOD says Aunt Jenny
1 BUT AUNT JENNY I'M SCARED STIFF OF PASTRY MAKING
FORGET IT, HELEN. I'LL SHOW YOU HOW EASY A 2-CRUST PIE IS WITH MY CAN'T FAIL PASTRY METHOD
2 Step 1 for Tenderness. Cut 2/3 of Spry into flour with pastry blender until as fine as meal (see Spry Piecrust recipe, page 6).
3 Step 2 for Flakiness. Cut in remaining third of Spry to size of large peas. Use a light cutting stroke and do not overmix.
4 HOW QUICK SPRY CUTS IN! IT ALL LOOKS SO SIMPLE
